      a Tech Company, Beer Company and a Automobile Company 

Note:  We are NOT going to clutter up the playing field with a glut of Advertisers 

Greetings, we at the Webhatten project would like to thank you for taking time to visit this Temporary website.

   We understand that with an organization as large as yours, many people must be able to "come up to                         speed" before a final decision can be reached, however, our youngest Member of the

                   Webhatten project is turning 79 so time is of the essence if we are going to reach

                                              our target date of our first Event next September.

           Please do not take expediency for pressure, that is why we have laid out our proposal in the 

                                                                most basic terms possible.

We are only going to have one "Beer Company" involved, who would not only be the "Sponsor"

        for the coveted Center Ring, but more importantly, our one and only limited Partner

                                                       in the following Manner;

      1. We are going to start off as a General Partnership, with who ever decides to occupy

                                                             the Center Ring. 

That Beer Company, hopefully it will be you, will purchase 10% of 631 Boxing as a limited Partner

                                                         for next to nothing.

As our One and only Business Partner, this is how you will benefit

1.  You, along with the other two Advertisers, will have an equal amount of "signage" 

          at any given event, however, you will be reimbursed the cost of said Ads.

                                        because you are Business Partner. 

2.  Because you are Business Partner, you will have effectually Blocked any other "Beer                                       Companies" from Advertising with us !

3. And to eliminate the unknown factor of "who made what" we are prepared to pay you 

                                    8 % of the Gross Revenue right off the top! 

                                          The Program would look like this;

We take in say, 10 Million Dollars from all Revenue Streams, plus an additional $300,000

                           from the two other Major Sponsors and Your Company.

 You would receive $800,000 plus your $100,000  Ring Signage Fee
