   Here is our proposal in a nut shell.

1.  You become our Business Partner by purchasing 10 % of 631 Boxing Council

You will be the ONLY limited Partner and with that Partnership you will receive 

                                                  8 % of the TOTAL Revenue 

You will be the only "Beer" Sponsor and be the Center Ring Advertiser. 

By being the only Business Partner, you can expect the following

1.  You  will make money from the other Advertisers, seeing that

                      You are part owner of this Enterprise.

2.  You will always be our "Beer" Sponsor, blocking out other

                        Alcohol  Companies into the future.  

3.  For the one time purchase of 10 % of The 631 Boxing Council,

        YOUR Advertising would, in effect, be no additional cost.
