The Process
Step One
A Promoter must
a. Able to secure an Arena of at least 10,000 seats.
b. Able to deliver 21 Boxers over three weight classes. *
At this time the Council office will then start
a. Researching all the businesses where we will send
a Poster of the Event.
b. Researching all the potential individuals who will
help us promote the Event
TV & Radio Stations
Newspapers and any other print media in the area.
Step Two
After the Promoter has FULLY secured the Arena
including Insurance & Security
At this point we will really get busy and
a. Send out a Poster to "Everyone"
b. Contact the Local Media and set up the usual like,
free Tickets to the third caller who can....
In other words, the League Office will create "The Buzz"

Now for the actual Event the League Office will supply
a. The Three Rings
b. The Three Referee's
c. Banner Ads - Inside the three rings - Around the Arena
d. "Official Program" - both Internet & Hard Copy (printed)
* They are going to supply 7 Boxers just in case one don't make weight or gets injured.
The seventh Boxer will receive some cash and a guarantee that they will have a spot at the next event
We will have Vans that we will be bringing to each event that will contain the three Rings
RED - WHITE - BLUE
They will have "Go Pro" type cameras in several of the "End Posts" for our Video Production
of said event and of course Sponsorship Logos of which the Promoter
will receive 50 % of the revenue
We will hire the best Referees possible so that a "Card" anywhere in the U.S.
can be sanctioned and the Boxers safety will be protected
Boxer Safety
It is our goal to provide the utmost in protection for the Fighters
The fighters "finish" a round, they will go to their corner in the ring that they just have boxed
and get the normal time to recover
then
they will exit that ring and walk unaided to the next
It is here our Doctors will observe their behavior.
If they stumble or glassy eyed, the Doctor will have the authority
to disqualify said Fighter.
You know as well as we do that because of the scoring of the Fight,
each Fighter will be going all out the entire round
and will need that extra time to get ready for the next round

It will also be a preempted move against "The Snowflakes" that will scream
"631 Boxing is to violent"
The Local Promoter will receive Revenue from every aspect of the Event based on the type of Broadcast

After Event "Mini - Movie" **
We have already mentioned the cameras built in the three rings that we will supply.
We are also going to "mike up" our Referees
and the Corner men of each Fighter
Due to fact that NO ONE will be able to catch all the action, a Movie like synopsis will be in order.

By the time all the activities are concluded at the end of the last bout,

631 Boxing Mini Movie will be complete
